Construction Documents issued for Ivy Creek Residence
Construction Documents have been issued for Ivy Creek Residence, and Charlottesville’s Peter Johnson Builders has been chosen as the General Contractor. Peter and his son, Gordon, are “architect’s builders” who have crafted numerous modern residences for many of Virginia’s finest architects.

JMA Selected to design private Spa and Gallery

JMA selected as Architect for major Church Addition
Josh McCullar Architects is very pleased to have been selected to work with Epiphany Lutheran Church on developing a vision for its renovation and building expansion. The site occupies the prominent Western terminus of Richmond's Monument Avenue at its intersection with Horsepen Road in Henrico County.
Out of eight firms, three were shortlisted for interviews last Fall, and a final selection was made in January. A preliminary design concept was completed in May, and the full design process is expected to begin in late 2017.
